About Mike Michael McKenna was born to perform.  This highly energetic entertainer possesses a variety of music and comic timing skills which audiences love. Singing, acting and hosting – Michael McKenna is truly a Man for all Seasons.  Add to this his extensive circus skills and you truly have a great all-round performer. Having been a professional performer for the last 15 years, Mike has amassed a huge fan base of his work – both here, interstate and overseas.  Being so very versatile is Mike’s calling card and he plays it to the hilt – and audiences love him for it. Over the last few years he has been host of the television show In the Box on Channel 10, further honing his presenting and camera skills. He has also performed in a number of television commercials and in the movie Inspector Gadget 2.  This foray into television and film work has only served to make Mike a better performer and has added a new dimension to his already large list of accomplishments. Michael is also a founding member of the musical groups The Croony Tunes, The Bush Galahs and Jimmy Jammin’; is one of the original members of The Singing Chefs and is also a regular performer with Queensland’s finest roving character troupe, The Wanderers. His energy and talent are second-to-none and Michael is always guaranteed to please whatever audience he is entertaining.
